Welcome to BattleMania. By downloading or using our app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
  • If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  • A valid Free Fire account and UPI ID are required for participation in paid tournaments.

2. Tournament Rules

  • All matches are hosted fairly and transparently.
  • Players must enter correct Room ID and Password provided in the app.
  • Any form of teaming, hacking, or cheating will result in disqualification and a permanent ban.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tournaments if necessary.

3. Entry Fees & Prizes

  • Paid matches require entry fees via the app.
  • Prizes are sent via UPI to the winner's registered ID.
  • In case of delays, payouts will be processed within 7 business days.
  • No refunds will be issued for dropped or missed matches unless canceled by us.

4. Fair Play Policy

  • Strictly no cheating, hacks, or use of external tools.
  • Monitoring systems and community reports help maintain integrity.
  • Violators will be banned without refund.

5. App Usage

  • Use the app only for its intended purpose.
  • Any malicious use or attempt to exploit the system is prohibited.
  • All content and designs are property of BattleMania.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for Free Fire game glitches or server downtime.
  • We are not affiliated with Garena (Free Fire creators).
  • We are not liable for incorrect UPI details entered by users.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and safeguard your data.

8. Account Suspension or Ban

  • We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts.
  • Bans may occur due to cheating, abusive behavior, or rule violations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.
